This is for first-time home buyers only

Hello friend, given the title of this post, I assume you must be a first-time home buyer.  And if you’re like many first-time home buyers who like to avoid real estate agents, the question on your mind just may be: I'm a first-time home buyer and I want more information about how to purchase a home, but I don't really want to talk to or be bothered by an actual person… can you still help me?

Hey, if you don't want to be bothered, I don't want to be the guy to bother you, but I certainly do want to help; I’m going to go with the possible scenario that maybe you don't exactly know what to expect or look for in a home-buying experience yet, and you just need more information to be able to make a clear determination on how to move forward.

In other words (though you may not say it out loud), you don’t know what you don’t know. Am I right? No worries… I'm totally cool with that; I've been there, and if I were in your shoes it wouldn't be high on my list to talk to an agent either for fear of suffering through the torture of a sales pitch about how they can find the perfect home for you… blah, blah, blah.

So, I have an idea if you don't want to talk on the phone or arrange a meeting, shoot me an email or text to start. Once you're comfortable with that, and only when you're ready, we can move to a phone call or personal meeting if that makes the most sense for what you want to do.

If it looks like we'll be a good fit working together, we can then start talking details, whatever paperwork is needed, etc.

If you deem us not to be a good fit… no worries; I'm not going to pester you with phone calls and emails begging you for your business… that's not my style. However, at the very least I’ll know that I've helped equip you with some information that will empower you in your home search.

Oh, and a side note for the unconvinced… I will never think less of you for asking questions, or for not asking questions (in the event you don’t know what questions to ask). But please keep in mind that the way to find your dream home is to educate yourself, which starts with at least one of us asking questions.

You may not know even the first question to ask when it comes to buying a home, but I do. And I know how to help you organize your thoughts and needs into an understandable package that will give you a clear picture of how to get into your first home.

I’m here for you when you’re ready; it’s as easy as texting me at 909-331-6452 or emailing
