As we are all aware Nashville has grown exponentially over the last few years. If you’re a downtown resident you know that one thing we haven’t seen come in is a full grocery store. Grocery stores have been the most needed amenity in the urban core for some time now. Locals and tourists alike are in need of somewhere within walking distance to buy high-quality food, grocery and body products. Well, all that is changing on February 28th as the brand new Whole Foods Market will be opening on Broadway and 15th!
If you haven’t experienced a Whole Foods Market before you are in for a treat! It truly is the grocery stores of all grocery stores featuring a full-service butcher that makes in house sausages and makes ready to cook meals, seafood with both wild-caught and farmed options, hot and cold food bars with salad, soup and sushi options, fresh bakery with bread, pies and pastries, not to mention beauty care products and more! I think it is safe to say there will be no more complaints of a lack of grocery supplies. Which brings me to the next thought…what if you buy a little more than you can carry home? No worries! Whole food will hold your groceries and deliver them to your home or office within a 4 hour window or your preferred time of delivery. Like I said, the grocery store of all grocery stores!
If you are a die-hard and excited about all the hype, Whole Foods will be giving out free coffee and pastries on opening day as well as giving the first 250 customers a token for a free tote bag and $20 savings card. Mark your calendars for February 28th and let your neighbors know. Happy shopping!
