About Jeremiah Maldonado

Hailing from sunny Southern California like so many of CHORD Nashville’s clients, Jeremiah Maldonado had quite the journey that ultimately brought him into the world of Nashville real estate.  A former high school star athlete and all around sports nut, Jeremiah has team mentality deep in his DNA.  He excelled in various sports (baseball, football & golf) throughout his education ultimately achieving his B.S. in Exercise Science and working in a team approach to serve spinal cord injury patients.  With the onset of the Covid pandemic, the physical therapy services were put on hold, and he joined his family in Nashville to flip houses throughout the unexpectedly prolonged event.

Upon achieving success in flipping homes, he discovered that he loved connecting with the buyers and that he had a talent for relating their wants and needs to specific properties which led him toward getting his official Realtor® license!  With a personal connection in the music business with our very own Van Hohe, CHORD Nashville's co-founder & Chief Experience Officer, it didn’t take long to realize there was a sense of destiny bringing him across the country and into the world of Music City real estate!  Given Jeremiah’s passion for life, people, investing, homes and all things sports, he was a perfect fit for the CHORD Nashville Team!  CHORD was thrilled to bring him on and has found him to be a quick study of our white glove concierge process, and are now pleased to present Jeremiah as one of the highly trained team ready to serve all our buyers, sellers and investor clientele.

When not showing homes, Jeremiah can be found all over town with his family becoming entrenched in his new-found home town of Nashville.  When not in town, he very likely will be found on a beach somewhere surfing, and when you meet him be sure to ask about his shark story; it’s never a dull moment when Jeremiah is there, and you will be pleased with his tenacious approach to advocating for his clients at every price point.
