About Danielle Bejian

Danielle “Dani” Bejian is an excellent example of the extraordinary group of residents who have found their way to Tennessee from California!  Originally from northern New Jersey, Dani began her career in the health and wellness arenas instructing yoga and fitness classes while challenging herself and those within her circles to explore sustainable living options which kept bringing her back to the realization that she needed to become an expert on all things real estate.  

After extensive research Dani determined she would plant her flag in Middle Tennessee given the well-balanced four-seasoned-climate, relative low cost of living, low taxes, easy access to a major city and available land for potential homesteading and sustainable living choices.  Once in town Dani didn’t waste any time in getting her Realtor® license and selected CHORD Real Estate as her brokerage, saying: “I wanted to affiliate with CHORD Nashville given their unmatched reputation for excellence in business as well as customer service and focus on giving back to the community.”
